Do you sell Gas/Propane/Wood Fireplaces 

No, we only sell Electric Fireplaces 

How long does the delivery normally take? 

Media Walls orders take 3/4 Weeks to manufacture.

Media Wall fires take around 5 days to arrive at your home.

Wall-mounted fireplaces take around 2 weeks to manufacture.

Fireplace Suites take around 2 weeks to manufacture 

Do you offer Installation?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer installation on our products. Our Pre-Built Media Walls are designed for easy Installation.

Can you recommend a fireplace for me? 

We sure can please email us all your requirements - Measurements - Sizes - style etc. to sales@prebuiltmediawall.com and one of our team will send you over some recommendations for you to look at.

Can I return my fireplace after purchasing? 

Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please check out our refund policy.
