Can I choose the type of fire for my Media Wall?

Absolutely! Whether it’s our Spectrum or Advance fire, there’s also a choice of Crystals and Logs too.

Can I customize the look of my Media Wall?

How long does the delivery normally take? 

Media Walls orders take 3/4 Weeks to manufacture.

Media Wall fires take around 5 days to arrive at your home.

Wall-mounted fireplaces take around 2 weeks to manufacture.

Stoves take around 7 days to arrive at your home.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please check out our refund policy.
