What an amazing company and team. I had an issue with my electric fire. Rob the owner has dealt and fixed my issue within a week even though am 100miles away. The call team to the engineer are all amazing. Anyone having issues don't delay call now and ask for Rob he will 110% adress and fix your issues rapidly. I would highly recommend to anybody having issues with their electric fire. I would definitely call again if I have problems in the near future.
